Heyaa
It’s Sunday, 24 March. 19.29 hours.
And I was on the verge of skipping this newsletter. I was almost thinking about prepping for the next newsletter instead.
Have been feeling drowsy since the morning today. Actually the entire week. Mostly because of the increased dose of medicines.
Have I told you about my nerve disorder? Not paralysis or anything. Just seizure and uncontrolled pain, suppressed by a combo of medicines.
It has been ten years probably. And every few months I find myself prescribed a new medicine.
The pain was back last week. So, I’m again on a heavy dose of nerve relaxants/sedatives, vitamin and calcium. Didn’t do anything much. Kept my phone on the flight mode, too.
Happy to report that I’m feeling normal now. And I have got a new song in my favs:
Heard this in an IG Reel featuring a Sakura tree. Oh, so peaceful.
I spent much of my week watching Reels and Shorts. Haven’t been in the mood to work really.
In the meantime, I did complete a 15-month-old to-do: Read The $100 Startup book.
Took me 15 months because I was engrossed in reducing my pile of to-read books.
I’ve 70 (physical) books, mostly bought in the last 2 years, that I’m yet to read. Add to that 200+ Kindle ebooks that I grabbed in the last 6 months.
In the hustle to bring those numbers down, I kept delaying The $100 Startup.
But then, the book came across a few times recently. And I found a PDF. So, took it as a sign to re-read the book.
Thanks to my lack of interest in work, I found plenty of time to finish the book within a week.
Insightful? Yes, I found it worth the time again. Published quotes from The $100 Startup as well as its short summary.
Nothing much happened in the week. And I have no other experiences to share. Plus, I’m dizzy. So, let me keep the newsletter ultra-short today.
How about you tell me something today? Something, anything you want to share. Hit the Reply button (or icon).
I’ve been credited as a good listener.
I once started a podcast you know. An impromptu decision… to start interviewing introverts someday, once I was comfortable podcasting. It never came to that. I put in my gear after recording (and uploading) two mini-episodes.
Ummm, how about you tell me about an unfinished project. Talking leads to new ideas often. Send me a private reply or comment publicly; the choice is yours.
Gooo…
